Interior Door Customization for Projects & Wholesale
Configure door designs, cores, finishes, dimensions and matching components for bulk orders. For developers, contractors, distributors and wholesale buyers.

Door Core Options
Choose the internal construction separately from the door face and finish. These cross-sections show three different filling arrangements, from left to right.
- Full Timber Filling: Closely arranged timber blocks fill the core.
- Partial Timber Filling: Timber blocks are spaced with gaps between them.
- Graphene-Enhanced Filling: The illustrated construction combines a composite section with timber.

Face Designs & Glass
Select the door's appearance, then review any glass opening as part of the complete configuration.
- Flush: A plain, uninterrupted door face.
- Line Detail & Inlay: Line patterns or decorative inlays add detail to the face.
- Glass: Opening position, size, glass type and privacy requirements are reviewed together.

50+ Melamine Finishes
Choose from more than 50 melamine finishes using German decorative paper. Doors are factory-finished and do not require on-site painting.
- Colour & Texture: Review a physical sample for the selected finish.
- Coordinated Components: Same-finish options are available for door leaves, frames, wall panels and cabinets.
- Edge Finish: PUR edge banding is applied to door edges.

Dimensions & Added Height
Choose dimensions to suit the opening and the selected door construction. Added-height options are available for taller openings.
- Published Width Range: 700–900 mm.
- Published Height Range: 2000–2400 mm; added-height requirements are reviewed separately.
- Measurement Basis: Identify door leaf, complete set and opening dimensions separately. Final sizes and tolerances are agreed before production.

Frames & Matching Components
Coordinate the door with its frame and surrounding interior finishes, specifying which components belong in the supply scope.
- Frames & Casings: Specify the required style, wall thickness and opening relationship.
- Interior Components: Matching skirting, wall panels, grilles, wood trims and profiles are available.
- Supply Scope: Door leaves and matching components are listed separately in the agreed configuration.

Hardware & Installation Preparation
Review hardware and seals alongside the door dimensions, frame and opening direction.
- Hinges & Locks: Select compatible hinges and locks; magnetic locks are available for some configurations.
- Quiet-Seal Options: EPDM seals and automatic door-bottom seals can be discussed for the selected configuration.
- Preparation: Provide the hardware specification so that required fixing and machining details can be reviewed before production.

Customization FAQs
Do you offer customization for individual doors or bulk orders?
Our customization service is intended for bulk orders from developers, contractors, distributors and wholesale buyers. Order quantities and configuration requirements are reviewed for each enquiry, with the supply scope agreed before production.
What sizes can be ordered?
Standard width is 700 to 900 mm and standard height is 2000 to 2400 mm, with added-height options available. Confirm the project height and the applicable construction before the order is placed.
Does my dimension refer to the door leaf, the complete set or the opening?
State which measurement you are providing: the door leaf, complete door set or building opening. Include wall thickness and opening direction where relevant. Final leaf and frame dimensions, clearances and tolerances are reviewed together before production.
Can I add glass to a door?
Yes. Specify the opening position, size, desired appearance and privacy requirements. Glass type, thickness, applicable safety requirements and compatibility with the door construction are reviewed before the configuration is agreed.
Which matching components can be supplied?
Frames, casings, skirting, wall panels, grilles, wood trims, finishing profiles and hardware are available. Same-finish options can coordinate doors, frames, wall panels and cabinets. Specify the components needed so the quotation identifies the supply scope.
Is the hardware included as standard?
Hardware inclusion depends on the agreed configuration. Hinges, locks, EPDM seals and automatic door-bottom seals can be reviewed for the selected door and frame; magnetic locks are available for some configurations. The quotation should identify included and optional components.
